On July 1, 2026, the technical opening of the 16th International Research School, in the framework of the III International Intellectual Games, took place at the Junior Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in the village of Chapayevo. Representatives from Pakistan, Belarus, and regions of the Russian Federation attended the opening. A total of 79 students are participating in research of 10 projects.

The opening featured speeches by Vasily Pavlov, Rector of the Junior Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia); Alexey Obukhov, member of the Program Committee of the III Yakutsk International Science Games; Vadim Bykov and Artem Mardin, graduates of the Junior Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and participants of the II International Intellectual Games – 2022; and Ksenia Salnikova, Director of the International Research School. Representatives of Russia’s countries and regions participated in the raising of the Junior Academy of Sciences’ flag.

Tutors presented their projects in the assembly hall of the Junior Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
