What needs to be done now

All participants are required to confirm their participation by June 15, 2026:

— Participants from foreign countries must confirm their participation at the link: https://forms.gle/iL9JKsHrYeuj3kXZ6 In the confirmation form, upload a photo (team photo is acceptable), a business card, or a team video no longer than 1 minute long;

— Participants from other regions of Russia must send a business photo, consent to the processing of personal data, and a business card—a team video no longer than 1 minute—by email to yisf-yakutsk@mail.ru.

— Participants from the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) must confirm their participation at the link: https://forms.yandex.ru/u/6a20c92590fa7b59b9a14a77/ In the confirmation form, upload a business photo, consent to the processing of personal data, a receipt for payment of the registration fee, a copy of your passport or birth certificate, and a business card—a team video no longer than 1 minute.
